After you create your FREE account you will be able to use the “My Account” dashboard to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

You must have an account if you are Tax Exempt or have a been enrolled in a Discount Program.

Step 1: Using the “My Account” menu option. Then add your email to the “Register” section below the login section and click the green register button.

You will receive an email link to set your new password. 

Step 2: When you receive the “Your Retail Bobby Bead account has been created!” email open it and click “Click here to set your new password.” and add a password. 

Step 3: After you set your new password, you will be automatically directed to “My Account” where you can now use the “Login” section to add your email and newly created password to access your account. 

Step 4: Lastly, take the time to click each section in your account to fill out Name, Address, Shipping, and Billing.

REMEMBER: Each time you shop, “Login” first and after completing orders they will show in the “Orders” section to your “My Account”.
